The strategy always needs to be, to choose topics with less competition for sites. A topic with less competition is easy to overcome than longing to overcome a huge competition.
To judge the competition you need to look at the sites currently ranked in Google for the chosen keyword and figure out how strong those sites are in the eyes of Google.
Google has its own method to judge and indicate the strength of a webpage, it is the Page rank(PR).
You must opt for a topic, whose results show sites and pages with a low PR( page rank), as it is easier to rank over these sites when compared to sites with a high PR.
Sites and pages with a PR0 and PR1 are the low PR sites and are very easy to outrank.
Sites and pages with PR2 are easy to out rank but not as easy as PR0 andPR1.
Sites and pages with PR3 can be outranked, but takes a lot more work over it.
Sites and pages with PR4 are strong sites and are difficult to overrank.
Sites and pages with PR5 are very difficult to over rank.
You can get the PR status displayed , by downloading the Google toolbar which contains the information on the page rank displayed on your toolbar itself.

As mentioned earlier, choose the topic with less competition, as there is more scope to get ranked in the first place of the first page of google when the competition is with sites with low page rank status. In case you opt aimlessly and intend to rank over the sites with a high PR, it is merely impossibly, perhaps may take a very long time. The duration , it takes to make money is proportional to your choice basing on competition you encounter.

Just make sure that your website is unique, your content need not comprise of original ideas but, it should be essentially presented in a unique and original way. The content must essentially be explanatory, meaningful and informative.

Quality content must be generated in order present an article in your own website . the content essentially needs to be rich in quality and be unique. As discussed earlier Google penalizes duplicate content. Hence you need to present the article cleverly and uniquely. If you encounter a problem with writing content as per the requirement, then you can go with other organizations which provide these services to present you with quality content one such is “Content Authority”. Well generating your own content is not that tough if you do proper research on the topic, and are comfortable on what you are going to write. Let me illustrate to you on how your content should be,

As your article should wheel around your keyword, this doesn’t mean that you place your keyword in your article as many times possible, your keyword should be used only once or twice in the generated content and not more than that. Make sure that your keyword appears in the HTML title of the page of your article. Include your keyword in the title of the post. Use your keyword in the beginning of your article, within the article, you can also use it as a tag. This was about the placement of your keyword. Now let me tell you on how to present your article. Before that I must mention that please keep your language simple, don’t use some heavy terms to create an impact, your content should be understandable by a common person reading it, unlike he refers a dictionary when reading. Nobody will be doing that , and if that is the case, such article will not be read by many of the expected target readers. So the key would be to keep your content simple and understandable. You must write the content in a productive and clever way such that the reader reads it completely till the end and finally is expected to make some good at the end of the article. Write the article as, in the introduction paragraph you mention the outline which conveys as why the reader should read your article , mention the outline of the points you are going to mention further in the body of the text. Now elaborate the theme of your article in the body of the text and provide as much information possible obviously, quality information. The last paragraph should contain the summary of your article , wind up everything with good terminology in the last paragraph. Make sure your content reaches a word count of 400-500 words per article.

How to Setup Your Website

By now, you are all set with the list of healthy green keywords. Now you need to own your site, for that; let me demonstrate you the procedure
Firstly you got to decide on your Domain name (with a .com, .net, .org etc), the Domain name can be related to your topic or it can be you name as well. Now you are supposed to buy your Domain name, you can do this with name.com.

Buy a domain name from this site. There are similar sites available, but I suggest this one as I have been using this for most of my sites.
So, you are now done with owning a domain name for your website. The next thing you need to do, is to set up web hosting, (it is the place where your website will be stored) you can use Hostgator to accomplish this task.

Now you need to connect your hosting account to your domain.
The next step would be to install your site. It is advisable to use wordpress for this, this can be installed using your hosting account. Now login to the admin area of your wordpress and click on “Appearance” and then click on “Themes”

When you click on the “themes” in “Appearance” of your admin area, you will be displayed with a page where you need to click on “Install Themes”.

It will prompt you for the features, you can select the desired features that you think would suit your requirement according to the topic you choose.
Now, when you have selected your theme, you need to install it and activate it, so that it becomes the theme of your website. The theme determines the outlook of your site.

How To Find Cousins for the Green keywords

After using niche refinery to find the green keywords , our next step is to find the cousins of these green keywords.
We are going to use stream line for progressing further. When you open the link to stream line, you get a page where you enter project name, and the domain of the relevant project. The page looks something like this,

Now you enter your project name and the domain name in the provided text, then you click on the “submit “ tab displayed.
Now click on your project. We had the four and three termed 20 green keywords from niche refinery copied in a separate document. Copy those keywords and paste it in the text for “Add to pool”. In the snapshot below, I have entered only a couple of keywords, just to show the results practically for better understanding.

After you have copied all the twenty or so keywords in the “Add to pool” text, click on “ add to keyword pool”. After doing this , you can see that all the keywords that you entered in “Add to pool” have appeared in the “Keyword Pool” with check boxes beside them, and are now no longer in the “Add to pool” text.

The next step would be checking the check boxes, after checking the check boxes beside each of the keyword, click on “Add to Primary Keyword”. Now you see that those keywords have appeared in the Primary Keywords text.

Now, you intend to find the cousin keywords for the green keywords which are now in the primary keywords text of your streamline. So, you have your four or three termed green keywords now and you have to find the cousins for these green keywords, all you have to do is, just copy and paste the first green keyword in the primary keyword text of streamline page , into the search engine of Google adwords keyword search tool and copy paste the same in a text named as “ Include terms” and click on “+” symbol beside it.
( make sure all the remaining things like selecting the “Advanced options” as, “All Languages and All countries” select the check box “ only show ideas closely related to my search term” and the match type as “Exact”)

Now you click on search and you will get the search results, download the file and save the first “four” keywords ( these four keywords become the cousin keywords of the selected Green keyword). Now similarly get the four cousins for each of the green keyword you have in the “Primary keywords” text.
Now you have the cousins for each of the green keywords, now get back to the streamline page and click on the first keyword in the “primary Keyword “ text, you will get a page like this,

Now , copy the cousin keyword related to the search result of that particular Primary keyword and paste it in the “Add Cousins” text . let me show you the snapshot,

Now click on “Submit” and then you see that , the cousin keywords you entered will appear in the “Cousins” text.

This was a trail shot to demonstrate it to you, so I dint buy a domain name, hence it is showing “ project is missing Domain” in red in the primary keyword.
Now follow the same procedure for the remaining green keywords and add cousins to each of them.
You are all done with it now. You have to use these keywords in writing your articles.
Present the articles in the best possible form and give it your best shot to earn traffic.

How To Get The Green Keywords

Mean while you can “check status” to know the information on how many keywords are updated on your niche refinery account.
Now when your zip file is uploaded, click on your job and then you will get your list of keywords displayed

All you have to do here is setting . let me tell you the values you should set.
Set the Pagerank range from 0-3
Set the lower end of potential range to 10
Set the difficulty level from 0-200
Now click on filter, now you will be displayed with your desired results. Now you have to click on “show greens”, then you will be listed with the green keywords.
Now the next step is to select the keyword phrases with four terms and copy each of them into a separate document. If you don’t get around 20 such green keywords with four terms then search for the green keywords with three terms. This is generally accomplished with the three termed keyword phrase in addition to the four termed keyword phrase.

Firstly , just follow up the link to Google adwords tool . Here you will see a page something like this.

You can either use the search box provided to find keywords directly, or you can sign in by creating the account. There would be a slight difference when you sign in with your personal account , you will get a little more keywords in your research.
Let me explain you by directly entering your keyword into the search box. Let us say we want to research on the keyword phrase “dog sweaters”, now when I enter the phrase, :dog sweater in the search box, I make sure to select the advanced options as “All countries” and “All languages” this is how we get a broader range of keywords to make it easy for us to select the green keywords out of the wide range of collection available.you should also select the option” only show ideas closely related to my search terms” select the check box. The snapshot of the step I just stated is shown below,

Now click the search option provided in the relevant page, to get the results related to your keyword phrase. You have to change the match type from broad to exact. And change the show rows tab to 100. The snapshot is provided below, the steps are indicated using the arrow marks.

Now change the columns in the same page, click on it and you will get a page like below,

Now in this page select, “Global monthly searches, Local monthly searches, Estimated Avg. CPC” (CPC- cost per click)and “save ”it. Now you have to download the result of the search. This is done by clicking on the download option and select “All” as indicated in the snapshot.

Now , it will prompt you for the format type, select “CSV” and then download.
The downloading may take some time, depending on the searches available for the keyword phrase. Now you have the downloaded excel sheet, you can remove the unnecessary stuff involved in the excel sheet. You can remove the blank columns, as they make no good to your search.
Now you have an excel sheet which contains the result of your main keyword, the excel file is the “main file”. Now copy the first keyword with the braces into the adwords search engine and select search and repeat the process till downloading the CSV file . you have to repeat the process with the first 20-30 keywords of the main file and save all the excel files.
(Note: If you encounter a problem with the displayed search results, then refresh the search engine page and enter another general term( keyword).)
Now create a new folder on your desktop and save all the files in that folder. Now zip the folder containing the files. This zip file will be used in niche refinery.
